Requirements are to ban the flying of the England flag during International football competitions on the grounds that it might be seen as racist.

The new template on your blog looks good! Wordpress hey! what made you change over to them?
because wordpress can be download as a php script, host it my own server, it works directly with the database (MySQL) and I can change the way how it works.
blogger.com is all ftp upload and slow at transfering.
Oh! I got a wordpress blog, but I'm not hosting it on my own server, haven't got the patience these days..
